Sometimes we get blinded thinking about our rivals, analysing them, trying to copy them, match them and find that small edge to beat them. But we don't realise and we forget to look in the mirror, because perhaps we're afraid of who is truly our greatest rival: ourselves!

Our inner strength, our passion, our will and our thoughts must come together to fight the most brutal battle — a struggle that will leave you breathless, exhaust you until you're badly wounded on the ground, sobbing and bruised, a battle that when you win it, only then will you realise that the enormous effort was worth it.
You will have surpassed yourself! When that happens... you won't let a single minute of the day go by without wanting to repeat it!
